Description
A cold-resistant and hardy leek that grows naturally in East Asia. Unlike wild leek, the leek does not hide in the ground after flowering, but remains decorative until autumn. Height 20-30 cm. With a strong garlic smell. Fresh bulbs and unrolled shoots are used for food. The leaves can also be preserved salted, as is done in the plant's homeland.
